Nutters in cars

Do report it and the police will make inquiries, usually a letter to the registered owner stating the time place etc. You probably won't hear anything back about it but maybe i'll make the driver think again in the future. A black mark is put against the car and if there are any other reports then a case can start to be built. Maybe some else has already reported it.
Remember if members of the public don't report these things then the police can't do anything about it and thats why they get away with it.
