I meant that the 120/60 could be forcing you to lean more than necessary for a given speed. Bikes geometry is tricky.

On the otherĀ  hand, reaching the edge of the rear tyre before the one of the front is the common thing for most of bikes. It doesn't mean you cannot lean any more, it deforms a lot allowing you to lean more. The dangerous thing is the front one, but the FZS scrapes long before it reaches the edge (not sure with the low profile and pinched tyre you have), at least with the tyres I know (Pirelli and Dunlop). Please take this advice carefully, it may be wrong.
