I remember this as a perennial problem in my foul weather biking days.
For all you budding entrepreneurs out there............... can't someone invent a spring loaded visor which,using a very weak spring, cracks open about 25mm at speeds under about 10 mph. This would allow any misting to clear whilst not blasting the rider's face with cold wet air.
Then as you move off the wind pressure would re-close the visor.............simples.

I used to not give a foc, then I discovered Red Bull and now I don't give a flying foc !!!
