I used an Oxford tailpack for a couple of tours of Ireland. Great bit of kit. Comes with a waterproof cover or put a bin liner inside it before you pack if you really want it waterproof. Easy on and easy off. Can't fault them. Cheap 2nd hand on ebay too.
Kriega is the best, dead posh but expensive too cos of the snob value. Keep an eye out and you'll get an Oxford for peanuts.
