As above, they all do it. Some have gone so far as to replace all the bearings and bushes but have still been left with more or less the same amount of play as they started with. Probably no harm in re-torquing the bolts if you want, but I doubt you'd notice any difference when riding.
On a side note I went to a different place for my MOT last year and they picked this up and put it on the MOT as an advisory, whereas my usual garage never did. I will be taking it back to my usual garage this year as I understand that insurance companies can take MOT advisories into account when assesing a claim.
