I should be receiving an offer from a German company for a job next week 
They think they want to employ me via the German company (and not through the UK Ltd sister company) - I'm not sure (and neither were they when I asked them!) what the UK tax/NI implications of this are? There is also a question whether I will get paid in GBP or Euros? :eek
I will be working predominantly in the UK (with monthly trips to Munich)
Anyone any experience and/or knowledge here?
Secondly, the whole aim of the job (the one I am hopefully going to get
) is to manage projects construction projects (waste to energy) in the UK - again they seem to be of the understanding they can do and manage all the purchasing/sub-contracting to UK suppliers from Germany - again I'm not so sure?
