Suspension....again (sorry)

Thanks Pie Eater, yeah its a Gen 1 and only 5800 miles on the clock, standard weight oil and internals I'm assuming due to service book and receipts from day 1.  With most of the forums that I have been on to previous bikes i've owned there is usually a suspension tech head that has dialled in front and rear(s) and he is usually in the proverbial ball park and you can work from there, that's what I was hoping for?  But I know where your coming from so cheers
