Speedo healer ( I assume this one is same type of thing ) is mostly used to counter gearing changes or tyre size changes etc but can also be used to adjust for the built-in speedo error.
I use a normal speedo healer as I changed the rear sprocket and I also took out the built in error.
Just changed it back to allow for the gear change but not the speedo error. Did this as was making me mad in roadworks LOL wanting to go faster than the rest of the traffic LOL
