I stretch on a 2 foot gym ball every day and it works a treat. Around 10-15 minutes a day should do it, and I would expect to see a difference in a couple of weeks. I would suggest a little exorcise before hand, but that is up to you. Just remeber that stretching should be just that, not a half hearted attempt at touching your toes, but really pulling all of those tight bits out a little further every time. Don't over do it and before you youknow it you'll be doing this... :lol
