I was lazy and couldn't be bothered to shop around so simply wandered in to Halfrauds (my new nickname for them courtesy of Major Rant 
) and grabbed the filter and oil - I picked up some Castrol Power (or something) oil at the time but most seem to support low price oil and just change it more often
