Everyone and thier dog has views on oils, most of them seem to know some one that is someone in the trade/race team/oil expert etc and its rare ppl ever agree.
One thing i think most if not everyone agrees on is regular changes is the most important thing.
everything else comes down to cost, time and personal views.
