Heat, WD40, Molegrips, impact driver.........although not neccessarily in that order 
Fazeriders suggestions are however more concise and ultimately may be the best options. If in doubt and you have failed miserably, take the wheel to your local dealer or even someone like Kwik Fit (I have done this in the past for a similar issue)
