replacing carbs

Hi guys thinkin about replacing carbs in future any idea. On how long it would take to remote. And replace with another set me carbs. Pls

Carbs are fairly easy to remove, as mentioned above, but you could also use a digital camera and take a few pics of things like pipe routing, and wiring etc before you take anything off. Just a thought...
