Your point number 1 is actually extremely offensive. Just because some kids leave school with no qualifications does not make them drug addicts. You make yerself a fool to say that. Not everyone is capable of passing written exams. Often they have good vocational skills, but due to dyslexia or other problems cannot put their thoughts and ideas onto paper.They simplycannot pass exams of th etraditional kind..Maybe leave this sort of thing to eductional professionals??...who know what they R talking about.
