Proposed EU Regulations on Biking
#2
As I help out for a motorcycle training scheme in Edinburgh we have received more info about the changes to take effect next year.http://www.motorcycle.co.uk/getdoc/d...Directive.aspxThis seems like really bad over tightening of rules for bikers especially young bikers, why anyone under the age of 24 would go for test next year is beyond me? If you start at 17 you would have 3 tests? I hope this would be road only? What's the thoughts of the forum? Why is it still possible to pass your test in a car of say 1ltr micra and then jump straight in to a 250bhp powered car?? Ok insurance is not easy but a lot of "fronting" goes on for cars and maybe some folks have the money, does not make them better drivers?
