Side stand too short

mine is also 245mm to the centre of the flat. my bike leans over a little too far to be perfect for me but not so much that i would ever consider it an issue... i don't imagine it's difficult for a fabricator / welder to make one up for you to your desired length, especially if an ebay special is provded as a start point. once powder coated black it will look pretty standard. this is not due to a twisted / distorted mount or frame rail is it?
is it clean enough?
