Used to have a few issues with them 3-4 years ago regarding signal strength but they did something about it eventually. Never have a problem with signal these days. Despite the call centre staff being a little bit hard to understand sometimes I have found them infinitely more helpful than the arse holes who work at either of the 2 shops I have visited. Any problems I have ever had regarding my bill have been sorted swiftly over the phone & when I threatened to leave them (contract was up) they offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Also have a good deal on mobile internet modem/dongle with them but had to haggle for it.
