Email spam problem

It is so easy to fake the "from" address. Spammers do it as their won email (if such a thing exists) is blocked. I used to have a nice little program I wrote that allowed me to send email from anyone. Great fun sending friends emails from george.bush@whitehouse.gov.us or tony.blair@downingstreet.gov.uk etc
