Renthal 758s are virtually the same as stock bars in terms of width and rise. Wider by 40mm overall, though. What makes them preferable to stock bars is that they don't have such a pronounced sweep back on the ends. They're also much stronger. I have them on mine. Nice.
If you want to go lower and further forward, consider the Renthal 658s which are more of a straight bar. I've also had these in the past and they're a lot sportier.

Don't be fooled by the Road Ultra Low description of the 758s. They're not the lowest on offer.
