Oi - I resemble that remark. 
I had a look earlier but there is so little information - 190 pixels - in the picture it would be hard to scale up. The only real way would be to start again and tbh the result would never be perfect regardless of how much time you spend on it. My advice would be to look a bit harder for the original or at least a bigger version on paper or electronic
