Gel Seats

I wouldnt waste you money on a gel seat, just get yours re-upholstered with some harder sponge and possibly re-shaped.... I have had some re-upholsered and reshaped and it makes all the difference. The original Yamaha sponge is crap and compresses way to easily which means you are mostly sitting on fully compressed foam and in effect the seat base.

or an easier solution is to wear cycling shorts under your leathers the only problem with that though is that you will look like you have a the mother of all sani-pads in your undies!  :rollin
