welcome..... front brakes require regular servicing as they are prone to seize speciaaly if winter riding , beware if service correctly dont grab a hand full of brake lever or youl be over the handlebars or lose front end, they are the best brakes out there, get braided hoses if you still have rubber hoses type to brakes.... I think there is a link to a manual on here some where.
If ridden in winter, hose down with cold water after every trip, ans spray liberally with WD40 or similar.. all weather biker offer an anti corrosive treatment.
change oil every 4000 miles i use halfords semi synthetic bike oil
tyres... loads of advice on here have a good read as it depend on annual mileage you do.
