I advised the OP to use original bones to take advantage of the shorter R6 shock length. The bike needs to be lowered but not by the ridiculous amount it is at present.
Forks will also be dropped through the yokes to compensate at the front. May slightly compromise cornering clearance but right now the bike is configured like a chopper and steers like a bouncy castle bungee'd to a shopping trolley.
