Extended rear indicators wanted, panniers covering original indicators.

Someone will correct me if wrong, but I don’t think such a thing exists. If your luggage has a frame then you would bolt the indicators to that with extensions to the wiring.

If you have the Givi tubular racks then the indicators are not visible in their original location. Mine are relocated to the top box rack. Brackets are DIY but I think at one time Givi did make them. Attached a (poor) picture but you get the idea.

Did you mean what panniers, as he stated the bike in the OP.

Yes, make up brackets, if they dont come with the kit, extend the wires and move them up under the Plate.
