The guy (Justy1000) that used to make these no longer does, but a company called "Holeshot" in the US still sells thuis kist - http://www.holeshot.com/yamaha/fz1/produ...moval-kit.
Or you could just tap them - http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php?topic=1010.0 or buy Ivans kit with all the bits you need - http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/R1Airkit.htm Or a simple and less pretty method is to use the ends of the existing AIS system.

With my own adaptor pipe and a Leo Vince can originally intended for a GSXR600, my Fazer makes a lovely crackling on the over-run.
But if I remove the air-induction system, won't the crackling stop? yours, waiting to be convinced that AIS removal is a benefit...... Dave

Didn’t make any difference to the running of my bike whatsoever. I am still satisfied that removing was the right thing to do, it’s much easier to service the plugs and removes unnecessary clutter from the top of the engine. Not really a big job if you go carefully with the thread tapping.
