Just saying, but if you ever come to sell the bike it’d be a lot more valuable in standard trim than streetfightered. If you have the space I’d suggest keeping the parts.

Ive had the bike from new done 80 thou on her, its not about her value but the memories, plus the new paint job is over a grand so and other bits she's gonna be worth three times that when finished

You got a pic of the front light unit? i need a spare for MOT purposes mainly someone converted mine to projectors but did a shitty job with it im gonna check the pattern but ive a feeling its a mile off.
