FZS 600 1998 and parts
#1
Hello all,
I'm selling my 600 from 1998 on a R plate, looking for £950

Red (the fastest colour) Wink
Standard bike
33,088 miles
Recent front & rear sprocket & chain
Recent front fork seals and 15w oil
Recently had valve shims and gaps checked by a local garage (receipt available) and all is well
12 months MOT
New rear tyre
Plenty of life in front tyre
Rear hugger/chain guard
Front fender extender
Brand new still in packaging front & rear set of pads
Tools
Haynes workshop manual
Loads of previous MOT's & paperwork

This is a good honest bike with plenty of history although I've done all the servicing myself since I've owned it over the last two years, the only reason I'm selling it is that I have carpal tunnel syndrome on both wrists and will need to wait a long while to get them fixed, so no point it sitting there and I've also got my head set on changing it to go for a Pan European.

Based in Glasgow

I've also got some extras for sale.....
R6 rear shock.....£150
Black Widow Stainless steel downpipes....£150 (rrp £270?)
Max Torque Cans end can, oval, carbon, street legal and removable baffle......£150
[Red]WILL DO CAN AND DOWNPIPES TOGETHER FOR £280 (plus p&p)[/Red]
Hyperpro front fork springs (with spacers)....£30 [Red]SOLD[/Red]
Fazer 1000 rear brake caliper and modified hanger.....£80SOLD
Stainless radiator guard....£25 SOLD
Clutch & Brake lever foldable and adjustable levers (red/black)...£5
(All plus postage at cost)

Any questions, feel free to ask :-)

Hi Colin, have you got a pic of the radiator cover please?  First dibs on that if I may.
Money doesn't buy happiness, but it buys beer, and that helps!

Hi Colin, does the R6 Shock come with dogbones and everything required to fit a 600?

Straight fit using original nuts & bolts, I got dogbones made especially for my riding, will get measurements and a picture of them posted up.

What condition is the rear caliper in bud? In need of a rebuild or ready to use?
Broken, bruised, forgotten, sore,
too fucked up to care any more.

It's in good condition, used obviously, but still clean and good pads on it, I've still to take it off the bike, but it's the caliper and modfied hanger for it, straight swap over to get a blue spot rear brake.
