Hi, I have bought a 1999 FZS 600 and it seems quite low down. I'm suspecting that the rear suspension rods have been swapped for shorter to lower the ride height. Does anybody know the length that they should be as standard (end to end)Thanks
Just looked but can't find my old ones I took off but what I can recommend is the 25mm Jack up dog bones ... in my opinion it really improves the handling ....

As far as I know mine are standard link plates, sometimes called "dog bones", and are 140mm between hole centres.
On the centre stand the back wheel is about 10mm off the ground.
Shorter links will raise the ride height and longer links will lower it.
Thanks all for your replies, I'm still trying to navigate around the site. (I'm old) ?. Turned out to be forks had been dropped through the yokes by 25mm. All sorted now.
