i cant help but wonder how much the dealer actually gave for the bike?

I would be tempted by this bike if I was looking. Worst case would be a new engine at some point but really, that is unlikely. Just bugger all resale value which isn't a problem when you pick it up for similar.

It's good to know these engines are good for high mileages, I read somewhere that one had covered over 200,000 miles by a lady in America and she threw a party to celebrate!!
