Not today, but yesterday, I did spot a dark blue gen1 1000 in Ullapool. Chap was looking very lost  :lol  Turns out it was our very own dick turpin! Good to meet you dick  :thumbup  Hope the rest of your own Scotland trip goes well. And how far do I have to foccin travel to get away from you lot?!  :lol

Also, a silver gen 1 1000 today at the Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, and somewhere a pale blue 600 Foxeye who gave me a salute, but as I was on a red bike, I flashed past him so fast, I couldn't tell if it was a foccer salute Big Grin

Good to meet you too Hedgetrimmer....that was a coincidence wasn't it!
I saw your stunning pictures on the other thread.... Will try to add to it with some of mine ( I think we must have stopped at some of the same locations).
I made it back to the Yorkshire coast late Friday from Poolewe in one cold trip...about 400 miles...shame the temps dropped so significantly after five amazing days.

Lots of fazers at Aintree today.  Most of the spectator bikes are naked/half fared or adventure type. Not too many superbike

And my blue box eye 600 was one of them, parked in front of the cafe. Ideal weather and as usual some fabulous racing. ? ?

Yeah was pretty good . Lots of red flags though. Was yours chained to a blue gen 1 1000?

Great turn out this morning by 120 bikers to support the protest against the closing of Chorley A & E department. Quite a few Fazers there. Made a really big impression with the ride past and the reving and sounding of horns. Very much apprieated by everyone I spoke to with lots of clapping and cheering.
