Finally fitted Lukes R6 shock conversion and put the battery on charge. All being well the Doctors will give me the OK to start riding again tomorrow

Split rear caliper, new seals and pistons. New rear goodridge braided hose fitted. Blue spot calipers stripped new seals and 4 Pistons. Goodridge front race lines wouldn't fit :'( banjo on one side 45 degrees out of alignment. Front forks rubbed down ready for paint.

did a bike safe at the warren good day found the first hour very strange with a copper in my mirrors.but enjoyed the bit where i got to chase him :thumbup

Took the mighty thou for its MOT, passed with a verbal advisory on slightly uneaven wear on the rear brake pads, clean and grease this afternoon..........4500 miles over the last year , all for pleasure...........well, they would be its a :faz

Took the new wheels to tyre shop for new tyres, gone for the new Metzler Roadtec 01s, pick them up Monday and took the rear caliper mount for some welding,
Should have the wheels on, ready for next weekends LoFo run ![]() ![]()

finally got rid of the old wrong sized 150/60/17 avon roadrider and replaced with a new 160/60/17 Bridgestone T30evo, now that should be much better, £120 inc vat fitted on a loose wheel

MOT'd it. Then went for a quick blast. Yup, its still quick!
Took the 6 down to "infinify motorcycles" in Camberley, bought some gloves and rode back via ascot.....bright sunny morning but still a bit cold....

It it just me -- but everytime I hover the link to this thread I get a shock when it says "ok stolen" - my heart sinks and then read the rest that says "from another thread"

Took it out for a quick spin to Cheddar via Chew Valley , Blagdon and Burrington Combe, New Rst boots were fine.

Went down to Loomies @ West Meon this arvo was a nice sunny blast, shame in some ways I had 4 wheels, but, still great with the rag top down. Lots of bikes there, spotted a really clean Blue Fazer on my way down he was headed towards Petersfiled on the A272 my guess it was about 3-45 Dunno if it was a FZS6 or a FZS1 (Certainly a Gen 1) Rider had a very clean looking fluro waistcoat on.
If it was you put your hands up, not that anyone is going to admit to owning a blue one :lol he he :rollin ![]()
