EU referendum new poll, leave or stay it's your say?
#1
I just have noticed the old poll has expired and too many people have not got a chance to vote.

Here is your chance use it wisely  :lol

If that is of any help here is my favourite referendum song...again  :rollin :rollin

! No longer available

Some facts:

55% of the UK export goes to the EU. 7% of the export of rest of the EU goes to the UK.

Italians don't drink cappuccino after 11 AM.

P.S. The new poll is much more democratic from the old one. You can change your vote at any time.

P.P.S. I also have a paypal account if somebody wants to change anything here  :lol

Leave and get rid of the focin lazy east Europeans before they ruin our industries (foccers may turn up every day but you try to get any work out of most of them) A local Polish business owner used to work for the same company as myself and during a conversation he suggested that the company would go under if something wasn't done about the work ethic of his fellow countrymen

A couple of years ago I was on final assembly at an engineering company and had no parts sub assembled due to the lazy foccers attitude, I smacked the ringleader on the workshop floor in front of everyone else, my manager saw nothing, focers got on building after that.

Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

Stay, until someone can give me some actual facts about what will happen if we leave. Not mere conjecture based on inherent racism or xenophobia.

How about some actual facts about what will happen if we stay as well, and just because people wish to leave does not mean they are racist.

Where do these facts come from? If true, we certainly do trade a lot with the EU.

I've been following what the bookies are offering on this.
http://www.oddschecker.com/politics/brit...hip-result

Overall the odds are around;

stay 1/3
leave 9/4

That's not even close.

Are a lot of people betting we will stay? The few forum polls like here I've seen are mostly favouring leaving.

As on both sides of the argument the statistics are bent
But whenever you see this argument they always talk on the whole and out of that 55% (if you belive it) we dont export to MR EU but we export to Germany, Italy , France and so on.

And the 7% --( oooh sounds small) they export to us still amounts to more £ than we export -- so in a nut shell they need us more than we need them, so it will be in their better interest to arrange new trade agreements and quickly and this time WE will set the trems.

You're right. The leave camp will put up a good fight but people being people will bottle it at the last minute, that's exactly what happened in Scotland with the independence referendum.

I fear you are right there  Sad  But it's ok, if it is a stay vote, just like (some of) the Scots we can just whinge, whine and go on about having a second referendum to get the result "we" want.

Yep. The same thing happened in Ireland. They (The EU) didn't get the result they wanted with the treaty of Lisbon referendum so they just reran it 16 months later.

Both good points. I don't mean that to want to leave the EU automatically implies a voter is racist, rather that (as I said in the previous poll) the campaigners are doing nothing but promote fear of foreigners to whip up support to leave.
And of course my statement is based on conjecture, but I feel it's backed up to a certain extent by the fact that we're already in the EU, so have more of an idea of what will happen based on the past. But I'll freely admit that's not necessarily an indicator of the future.
