Oxford hd lock key replacement??!
#1
An old housemate from years ago has left a Oxford motorbike chain/lock and hasent returned for it, trouble is there is no key and its chained to the rails at the front of the house?! Any idea where or if I could get a key for such a thing? Or would I get laughed out of the locksmith....

They'd probably say "and you're sure this lock isn't actually securing someone else's bike then?"

There's no replacement for displacement

Have a look at the lock does it have a 'special number'?
Treat everything in life the way a dog would- if you can't eat it or foc it, forget it.

Have you not got a universal key like below...............you'd only need a new padlock thenĀ  :rolleyes

Frosties universal key is your best bet!!

If its a tubular type key, a lot of old Oxford ones could be opened with a biro cap - I kid you not.

If you were considering actually using the lock, why not buy a piece of cheese and use that insteadĀ  :lol
