Replacment chain size

Yes, I know the easy answer, 530 with 110 links.

What I need to know is will any of that spec fit?  Specifically, in my searches I've found some that match that, but the Fazer isn't listed in the list of compatible bikes.

Does that matter?

Just choose one that does mention the Fazer.

Considering oem chain and sprockets kits are available for £130 you'd be daft not to get that tbh!

Nope. Any chain which is 530/110 will fit fine.

The question here is do I want any chain on my bike? Usually you get something with better strenght and better seal like O-rings. That makes the chain to last longer.

Personally I like Tsubaki Alpha X-ring chains:
