Annoyed the hell out of some muppet in a Nissan cube or something similar, kept trying to undertake me and the car following several times, if he/she made it they'd only be one car ahead so kept closing up to the vehicle in front just as we got close to some slower moving traffic in the left hand lane. The driver behind me kept smiling every time I did it lol

Immature on my behalf, maybe, but why take the risk when you clearly can't make headway if you manage to pull it off
Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

Picked up my "nice weather car" from the garage after repairing several damages due to low use (8 k miles in 11 years)  :rolleyes
It was fucking expensive but I still like the car and the number plate  Smile

Made a couple of bike skate boards for my jap classic 250's, snug fit in the shed, can now push the bikes in, put them on the boards and push them sideways against the wall, bikes are higher off the ground so if I push the bikes back over the step to the shed it makes rear wheel removal easy...

120 mile round trip on the XJ600 to Castlewood Cafe, near Uttoxeter, from Wrexham. Dull, dry, mild. A lot of bikers on their way to the Classic Motorcycle Show, Stafford.

Forgot to say yesterday I managed a little jont around the Presseli hills...the "other" side of them for want of a better description...they are steeped in history and I really need more time to get out and explore them.....many of the rocky crags are ancient burial mounds.

before I went out though I checked my oil as the last short spin I did it was a bit dark to check properly and the TRX is difficult to guage as you have to check it warm with the oil in the catch tank before it drains down........anyway....it was foccing empty :eek......took a bit of filling and has used quite a bit although they are known for it anyway but I don't mind filling up...what I hope I haven't done is any damage......felt good when I was out on it so fingers crossed :rolleyes......im passed caring anyway...shit happens.....if it breaks ill get an adventure bike......not a BM though.

anyway some pics when I can upload them.....first pic doesn't do the road justice but anyway it is called the old roman road...no prizes for guessing why....it really does go way off into the distance and further behind but with a slight kink and an tree in the way of getting a pic of all of it.

Managed a pleasant little ride on the noggysaurusRX today......fog cleared at 12 to glorious warm sunshine.

Off i went..over the presselis-cardigan-aberporth.....went south to a tiny place in the sticks to see a guy about shot blasting my yzf swingarm....20 quid ish he said 8) ........35 ish quid to shot blast and powder coat 8) ..

Headed south again to Cenarth-Cilgerran-Cardigan so had looped back to Cardigan....stunning roads i dont often do.......then on the way back i went fishguard instead of the presselis before eventually back to haverfordwest.

Did about 90 miles i think....was lovely...all in my summer gear.

Wasnt much chance for a pic & the sun was always either in my eyes so i missed some good photo chances...or it was direct in the camera spoiling the image.......managed a token effort pic about 5 minutes from home....lion rock in the background......quite a big crag but looks small on the pic....sun setting to the West to the right of the pic so for once wasnt direct in the lens.

Well 2 days in a row ive been out hooning.......in November!!!

Had one of the best rides ever & was only supposed to be nipping out......70 miles later Smile

Absolutely ripped the tits off of the noggytrx through the cold morning air and quiet roads.....some more of east pembs/cardiganshire roads again........Haverfordwest-llandisillio-crymych-cardigan-egglsyrw-presselis & home........some thoroughly recommended roads for sure if anyone visits this way in future......between yesterdays and todays roads ive now got another cracking loop..........deadly serious at some points i was thinking "these are the best roads in the world" just the way the one splendid road led to another...and another...lovely views and not much traffic.
