What did you do with whatever else you've got?
Got a puncture in the cage , after I left the car park at Hengrove  leisure centre , I had to stand on the wrench to loosen the nuts , put the spare on , will hopefully get it repaired tomorrow .
Think I annoyed the chavs in there Audis  across the way , as they had to move there cars to let me by  , apparently it's now ok to block the highway .

fitted some airhorns to the motorhome, then got the 'start error' message of death from the dash, panicked, checked the internet for a remedy, saw how much it was going to cost, cried for a while, checked a bit more and found that the start solenoid and horn share a fuse, changed fuse, no horn but at least she lives :eek
The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people's money!

[/quote] No magic tree air freshener fitted yet and no ashtray either, just done over 500 miles on her, cornering is smooth and steady, acceleration in Dynamic mode is pretty fierce, will take a wee bit of getting used to, but so far no real causes for concern, just a pretty good bike.

Got wiped out on my new Ducati, last Sunday actually, so no riding for me for some time  :'(
Can't even get in the garage to do some tinkering, just pain and rehabilitation for me for the next few months at least  :'(

National speed limit country road, I was doing about 60, came up behind two cars doing about 40.
Neither car indicating so I pulled out to go past them (and indicated) as nothing coming the other way. As I came alongside the rear car (Saxo) he turned right into me and I hit his front wing/wheel and was punted off into the weeds.  :'(  Bike flipped over and into a field smashing through a fence.
Don't know if he was turning into a farm entrance or pulling out to overtake or what, but he was telling me while waiting for police/ambulance that this was the third car he'd written off in the last year or so!!!  :eek  Wanker!

Needless to say, I'm less than happy with the situation  Wink

Bought Liz a pedal bike over in the USA and then we took it (and my brother in law's bike) for a little 26 mile jaunt along the Hop River Trail from Willimantic to Manchester (in Connecticut) in perfect weather conditions.

Great ride through the trees with awesome scenery, just not enough hills.

Off to the Case Mountain Trails tomorrow - brilliant off-road MTB tracks.

Not too bad thanks mate, both arms in casts, bashed up left leg and in a lot of pain.
Could have been a lot worse though so am still pretty thankful  Smile
