Guessing it's the rubber bung to cover the bolts of the swingarm on the frame??

Yeah, that's right, the round rubber cover that pops into the frame, just above pegs to cover the bolt for the swingarm. (Not the rubber bung on the sprocket cover riding the clutch adjustment nut).
