Alternativ Tyre Size ??
#1
Hi. Have anybody expirence with another tyre size than the recomanded?
Original size is: Front 110/70 ZR17 and Rear 160/60 ZR17.
How about Front 120/70 ZR 17 and Rear 170/60 ZR17?
Almost all new bikes from 500 cc - 800 cc, have 120 and 180 tyre.

Dont try to be the best in town, just be the best, until the best come arround

Just replaced my Avon storm ultra 2 for another set.
Been using Front 120/70 ZR 17 and Rear 160/60 ZR17 with no probs.
Biking is about the Journey NOT the Destination...

The only thing you may notice depending on how you ride is a slightly slower turn in with a tad more rider input required.

You found a good deal thenĀ  :pokefun
Those are my principles...if you don't like them I have others.

In reference to what you say, most peoples experiences i've read on here is that when they've gone back to original sizes they've found the bike quicker on turning, so regarded it as a positive effect which they've preferred.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.
