Get well soon everybody.

Just to cheer yous up & prove that my bike moved...with me on it...here's an action shot from yesterday courtesy of the mother in law who prior to this was also trying to scare the life outta me with her tales of injured bikers she dealt with in hospital......i said to her what about all the car drivers you dealt with then.....bit biased really but she means well.

The blur is obviously speed blur.....not just camera shake :lol

You've got too much imagination Noggy. If you were stupid like me, you wouldn't worry about crashing  :lol

Good to see you're back on the bike again - you been indulging in a few too many all-day breakfasts?  :b

Certainly seems like it may be the year of the thousands with the off's that have happened over the past few months - hopefully it's all over and done with now!

It's a nice day so thought I'd sneak out on the bike for a bit... got the bike out, got myself kitted, went to head off and the phone rang... my boss is on a conference call with some insurance big-wigs and needs me to run a load of reports and get some figures calculated... doh Sad

Fettled my suspension & have got it pretty as good as its gonna get for now.....it isnt bad on the road but next year def needs softer fron springs.

Went out about quarter passed five with a mate who is back to biking on his CBF1000....i lead the way & it was good as i went through a kind of check trip....getting back into a road crafty type way of thinking, plenty observation, not overtaking when i just seen junction signs, trying to keep constant speed & not too eratic......i just didnt want him following me & thinking i rode like a prick or picking up bad habits.....really enjoyed it...both of us...only another 60 miles but the sun was out and the roads were brilliant.

Gonna take the bike to work in the morning...why not eh....neighbours will love me leaving at 6am on a saturday.....thatll teach them to perpetually cut the grass :lol

Looked at adjusting the R6 shock on the gen 1  this morning, and realised the damping was on its lowest setting.

With a tweak here and there, she's now holding the corners easily as good as my R1!!! Although it does take considerably more effort to turn the big girl ???

I find myself taking the Fazer out more than the R1 these days, I'm almost as quick on her, and a lot less scared!! >Big Grin
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!
