I'm so spaced out on (prescription!) drugs, I didn't even notice the deposit taken bit  :crazy  :lol

Could be the right time for a move like this though?

Given that no. 5 is in my plans, I just need a very good, low mileage example with black engine and frame. But jeez, I'm focced up right now, not thinking straight, is it a good idea now? Gonna need Luke's input here - LUUUUUKE!!!

No, Cocodamol, diclofenac, omeprazole and an afternoon kip, lethal cocktail  :lol

C'mon Foccers, I need input urgently. What would you do, given that Fazer no.5 is firmly in my plans at some point?

Trust me, if you were on a couple of Tramadol, you'd have bought a few bikes by now, 'cos you really wouldn't have a clue what the foc was going on.  :lol :crazy

Doesn't look too bad does it? I would like a lower mileage than that though - my first link shows they do come up, and was looking at one very similar just before I bought mine.

You wouldn't have wanted mine, even before I destroyed it  :lol - 43k on the clock (17.5k when I bought it in June 2013). Got a lot out of it in a relatively short time, certainly got my money's worth! Paint job pretty unique though, got lots of admiring looks and comments  Big Grin Plenty of photographic record of where I went on it this time, still didn't get abroad though - oh well, maybe next year  :rolleyes

I liked it anyway. According to Mike (Falcon), Yam UK commissioned only about 5 through Dream Machine, to help shift a few off the showroom floors. Thinking of having the same paint job done on my next one, but with a better carbon effect on the speed blocks. I'm ready to rock n roll with Fazer no.5, go the whole hog and finally have my perfect Fazer now  Smile Might well be patching up the current one first though, just so I'm back on the road ( :eek  :groan    Smile) ).

One final piece of Fazer porn from Fazer no.4:

Buy it, that FZS1000S is definitely the best looking of the Fazer 1000 models.  Smile

Probably why I bought one :lol

the one that says deposit now taken did anyone else spot the tax disc on it? 05/12.. now does that mean a) its an old picture or b) he didn't change his tax disc last time or c) it not been on the road for nearly 3 years???

edit: oops just noticed this in description
Reluctant sale, just does not get used enough, not been ridden since the 2013 MOT.

What on earth is wrong with dealers?! I had a slightly uninterested look at this one today:

http://www.motorcyclenews.com/bikes-for-...r/3267347/

Straight away I thought overpriced for the mileage, and more mileage than I really want. Buuuuuut, decided to have a sniff, just on the off-chance, you know. He says it really is in great condition  :rolleyes  they missed one buyer whose finance fell through  :rolleyes told em about SEPTIKANGEL's one, and the one at £2650 in Swansea, whilst admitting they were private-sale bikes. So really, I knew I wouldn't go for this one. But threw it at him anyway, not much choice around at the moment, conveniently close, dealer back-up and all that malarkey, you know how it goes - how much for cash? Sorry, couldn't do better than £3300.  :eek I mean, WTF?!! They must have been seriously ripped off on this bike somewhere? Fkn, £3300 is their best price for cash?!! That's like not moving at all, even though I'd slap the wonga on their feckin desk! If you don't want to sell the feckin thing, don't feckin advertise it!  :grumble

If you want pics, go to Newtown police station and pick up my camera! Bike not delivered yet, should be in a day or two. Be patient!  :lol
