If you succesfully uploaded the pic, what you do is go to your profile, select the "View items" button from the drop-down list. Click your desired pic, then select "Details". Under the pic, find the BBC code (Looks a bit like this [ smg id=2462] )

Normally, the Aeva Media icon should automatically insert the BBC code for you. If it doesn't (or you want to re-post a previously-uploaded picture), that's the easiest way to do it.
Ahh right, I recognise it now, the sweeping left hander :-)
