I wouldn't be daft enough to put it under the original light, that would just be plain silly lol
Its there in much the same way as a third brake light in cars, purely for safety reasons, I think the more light to tell someone your stopping or slowing down is good, some people that follow you aren't necessarily paying attention so an extra light that only comes on when your braking is a good thing in my book.
Don't like anything up my rear end AT ALL :-P

Took it to work today, short shift so wee blast afterwards, then back home to wash and polish it for YORKHILL EASTER EGG run tomorrow,  can't have it looking shabby as there will be about 1500 bikes there :-)

I put the red wheel rim tape on to see how it looked and was quite surprised it went well with the black/silver.  Smile

rode to glasgow for the yorkhill easter egg run then back home via back roads. Falkirk, kinross, crieff then to dunkeld.
lot of fun and first BIG day out on the bike. Big Grin

Fitted debrix emulators with some straight rate springs (apparently triumph Bonneville) and ebay preload adjuster caps. Cleaned the outers down,  will paint the lowers (gold) and clear coat them before putting it all on the bike with danmoto adjustable clip on.

I done foc all as had to work and take  my car as going to Carlisle for work tomorrow and all my kit wouldn't of fitted on my bike :-( and it was a great day too

Looked at the wall-to-wall sunshine. Looked at all the pics on Facebook of peeps going for rides on their machines. Drew the curtains and had a little weep.  :'(

Looked at it sadly sat in the garage as I just haven't been able to find some nice weather when I'm not already busy...

On the plus side, I now have a hose pipe and pressure washer so I can look after her more now ^.^
