where do you connect to the loom ?
fitting some to a mates 1000 fazer next week

if you get the latest oxford ones, the £70 type you can connect straight to the battery as they turn off if you forget Smile

The Datatool grips go straight to battery too, fancy electronics inside to stop them working unless bike ignition is on too.

I wired mine through a relay and connected it to back brake light switch feed so they come on and off with ignition

The "Dr Bike" heated grips are made by the same place that makes the oxford ones, and the version 1.0 kit (linked) comes with the analogue controller (doesn't auto-on, with ignition) and has an easy to use analogue controller (unlike the v2.0 and Oxford grips). And lastly they can be had from £30-40 brand new.

I have a set on my Bandit 1200 along with a par of modded(I trimmed the end sleeve down a bit and used the bar-end bolt to secure them) Tech7 handlebar muffs.
