Looks pretty safe to me I reckon.

Fire resistant too, could be handy that.

I know they're a cunt to get in to without the key. Forget your oxyacetylene as this one will be double skinned and filled in between with a material that makes it blow back.
A large disc cutter through the side or back will be it's weak point. :thumbup

That's right, he didn't have to, he said "what do you know about them" Anyway, even if he had the key, it's a lot more fun cutting your way into it. Big Grin
I also know they are very heavy and that one probably weighs about 210.5 kgs. 8)

If anyone knows you have a safe in the house then it will attract the robbers  Smile






Do you have the key my friend?,, around here an old pub was robbed and the owner,an old bachelor was murdered in the process,,the safe was never found,,,it looked like that one

ah yes.......thats it, to keep us amused during these short days, will try and open it tomorrow if its dry, its on the back of my pick-up at the moment, to give you an idea of size the picture shows it on a standard sized pallet, will take it to work on monday and weigh it....so, the games are    "WHATS IN THE SAFE"  and  "HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH".......guess away foccers  :lol :lol :lol

Just googled Ratner Safes, there still in business seems to be confusion about when they started making safes late 1700's/1800's
That could be worth a few bob , never mind what is inside it . If you can locate the model/ serail numbers they likely as not could date it for you.

Oooooo.someone knows something.. :thumbup.....googled it myself and found out they stopped making safes in london in 1963 when they moved to ozzie land, stiill trading today, will email them and see what they know, family business so might have records....
