2001 Fazer 1000 FOR SALE 14,000 MILES COMPLETELY STANDARD NEW STANDARD SHOCK
#1
Look!

Hey there everyone, I am having to sell my beautiful light Blue Fazer 1000 because I need a new hip and can't ride the bugger any more. Completely standard. The shock was a bit corroded so I replaced it (stupidly I hear) with a brand new standard shock. The bike has covered 14,000 miles and is in fantastic nick. Will need new tyres shortly. It has has oil, filters, plugs, fork oil, new coolant/brake fluid/pads less than 1000 miles ago. This needs a new home. 2001 Y reg...the best one. call/text me on 07976 281221 before I stick it on ebay! This is a new pc so if you want pics i'll have to send them to you from my phone-  john

Make an offer. It's got to go as I can't ride it more than a mile!

John, hold on to the bike, fella. Mate of mine couldn't ride his fireblade any distance, due to his hip. Now that's been done, he's back on it and loving it!! Don't sell unless you have to, or have fallen out of love with it, because you'll never get "your" bike back. It sounds a gem, they're getting harder to find...

Wait at least six month after the operation before you decide to sell you pride and joy, I know a few like yourself and were back riding less than six months after the hip replacement operation and one who of those had both hips done. Smile

Thanks for the advice fellas but it's got to go. I do think it's possibly the best bike I've ever owned but I think I'm going to have a lay off biking and it seems a shame to leave it sat in the garage.
