I'm looking at changing careers, really like my job in care work but just nowhere to go career wise.
Thinking to try and get work with Bristow on the s92's always loved helicopters. Much cooler than planes =P haha

back in 1988/89 i used to work 6 nights a week for 18 months solid ( bar holidays), 22 50 to 0600. and most days after the night shift id do a delivery (im on the post obviously ) so would get home about 10 am on average,on every other saturday,id get home,have a fry up and then go up to see my beloved Arsenal via the pub,and every saturday id go pubbing/clubbing in either london or back in Bracknell. sundays i just slept a lot !! :z
absolutely fooced me after 18 months of that,came off nights for a few weeks to re charge my batteries and never went back on them and hope never to again !!
amazing what you can do when your younger :o
I'm on my first of 2, easy peasy. I've got the first season of The Wire on my laptop so hope to get stuck into that.

Did 4 nights a week for 20 years, loved it just seemed to suit me. I work a mix of days and nights now, just done 3 nights of 12 hours each.
Ooo, that reminds me...used to do fri/sat/sun 6.00 am to 6.00pm, no official breaks

then rest of the week off....no social life but the money was good
