Thats a very good guide mark, much better than I could do......iam happy to help if needed, once you've done it, its easy and you'll notice an improvement instantly...take your time, you might have to re-visit each carb several times to get them spot on, well worth the effort though.

Met up with Mr Midden and had a bimble down to Hastings, refused to pay the £1.40 to park the bike :eek so went on to Eastbourne and ended up at Beachy Head taking some lovely tight hairpin bends along the way.
Came back through Battle, stopped off for some chips and a coffee then back through the twisties back to mine for a cup of tea and to give my seal of approval to Midden's brilliant solution to lighting up his fuel tank when filling up. :rolleyes
I offered him my lighter but he didn't seem that impressed.

Been ignoring the bike for a while. Charged the battery, over night , rolled her out of the garage, gave her a wash. Started her up and let her idle until warmed through. Adjusted the idle speed to 1250rpm ish. Upset the neighbours by giving her a couple of handfuls. Left her idling went in to get the gear on came out and it was fecking pissing down. I live in Spain for fecks sake, Ah!!! well always tomorrow.

Went for a quick spin in the glorious UK sunshine this afternoon , down the A38 , up through Burrington , down through Cheddar where I stopped for lunch and a coffee , then through Shipham onto the A38 , then past Blagdon and Chewvalley lakes , up over Dundry and back home .
Rode up to Uffington White Horse Hill again. Took a flask of tea, and sat for a while just taking in the view in the sunshine. Recovering from flu or some such and felt better for this. Also got lots on my mind and this is a great place to just sit and clear the cobwebs a bit.
I did 125 miles today. A visit to Woods in Abergele at 9am, then to Bylchau, Llyn Brenig, Cerrig, Bala, (photo), Llandrillo, Corwen, Bryneglwys, Horseshoe Pass, Llangollen, Wrexham. Cold first thing then warm this afternoon. A perfect Autumn day.
Went to pick up fzer today and was told by the garage that's respraying my fzs 1000 to take 12 years of wear away that it would not be ready till tomorrow so I cried.
Really fancied a coffee so naturally i had to take the thou 80 miles up the coast to Aberystwyth to have one.
Had a good blast & the thou was relentless.....it was windy as foc but warm & not too bright on the eyes...i didn't even get wet :eek .....no foccin way......almost got wiped out while committing to some downhill twisties into Aberaeron....came round a corner and there it was...a flat bed foccin HGV cutting the corner....i had to swerve around it & narrowly missed the high kerb on the apex to the 2nd bend going the opposite way....he did a proper swerve back in & i shouted lots into my helmet :grumble
Met an older london geezer chap on a zzr1400 at Aber who had just finished the round britain rally.....he gave me his details and said he'd be my sponsor if i wanted to do it sometime...(you gotta be recommended apparently) very nice of him i thought....although fat chance of me getting a passnnext year....he also said that he'd been out with the LOFO's from ace cafe...showed them the way to somewhere he reckons although hecouldn't remember any individual bikes.
Then i did another 80 miles home.......passing a lovely young blonde girl in a new Beetle........doing her uni work on her steering wheel as she drove along at 60.....a full A4 printed number.....absolute arsehole!........i shit her up with the exhaust as i skimmed passed her :evil
Stopped off for Buckfast on my way home & woola........in noggy heaven
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike

Been having a lot of rain and thunderstorms out here on the Costa Blanca, got up this morning and wall to wall sunshine. So jumped on the bike and headed up to the Val de Ebo.
Needed to take it easy though as we get a lot of gravel wash out after heavy rain.
