[size=1em][color=rgb(20, 24, 35)]Apologies for this being my first post and all, I've been lurking on here for a while but never had/felt the need to post before.  To cut to the chase I took this Fazer on as a part-ex against a classic car I was selling, I've tidied it up a touch and ridden twice (maybe 10miles or so) since then and I just don't like it, in fact as it turns out I'm not a fan of riding road bikes at all.  So now has come the time to move it on, instead of moving around the garage when i need to get something it really needs a good home.  Details below.[/color]

Very small ding on the tank on one side (pictured) and a small scratch/blemish on the other (camera wouldn't pick them up).
Top steering yoke is tatty[/color]

Right, had a few people comment about it (locally) with regards to lack of history which I thought might have been a bit of a killer so price dropped to £2100 to take this into consideration.


Bike is also at 9450miles now as I had to use it to commute to work while I was between cars.  I must admit the more I ride it the the more enjoyable it's been, however I really could do with freeing up the garage space and money to put into the Escort.


Last couple of weeks it's had a full service with all filters and fluids (oil, brake and coolant) changed and is now Isle of Man taxed until July 2015.

By the way it's the wrong colour for a UK 2004.
It looks like a 2001 or 2002 model.

So that may confuse some folks.

Not much to see at the moment.  The blue one in the first couple of pics above has now been sold.  The more I stripped it down the worse it was looking so I've bought a more solid shell (below), only going to use it as a toy.

looking good! will it be green or white or another colour? what's going to power it? zetec?

Cheers chaps.  It's going to remain green, the only part that will remain white is the cage.  Going down the naturally aspirated Cosworth route on twin 48 webers, already got a 4sp Quaife SC gearbox and I'm just sorting out a fully floating Atlas axle.  Should be good for a giggle once it's all done.


Also, bike now sold.  Gave it away at £1900 but needs must.....

give away is right - that's too much bike for too little money.


na cosworth eh? certainly not the cheapest route but possibly the best looking every time you open the bonnet. and the sc gearbox won't be the quietest!
