I got a nice blue renthal bar brace you could have Harry.....i forgot i had it......£10

Or christos 2 front brake calipers.....£15 each.......worth a punt maybe even if just to strip and recondition.

Black grab handle £15

Standard screen...£15

The battery os only a couple years old but i don't think I'm allowed to post batteries.....also £15

Actually you're right...im clutching at straws now really.....but if i wait long enough it'll eventually all go

oooooo hang on.....standard screen...... my bike has a different screen to standard and I'm sure I'm getting more wind blast around my helmet (snigger snigger), I was thinking about getting a new screen..... this could be my chance for a piece of fazer history..... how much postage to Kent?  Is it in nice condition?

Ooohh... the battery could be good for me as I actually need one... the one on the thou died so I stole the one from my 600 to power it

The brace for the renthal bars could be good as well... I'd also consider the calipers but I think I'd be buying them for the sake of buying them... I assume the carbs went ages ago

Carbs are spoken for I'm afraid mate....only just though.

I was completely assuming that my gen2 would have a bigger battery to turn over the bigger engine but now you make me wonder about that as it sounds like you have the same in each...but ive got no reason to doubt my thou battery and i only have 1 bike so keeping it for just incase is probably just gonna waste it ...anyway the 600 battery is a quality yuasa and ive had ot sat in the living room since stripping as i know they like the heat.

And do you want to dib the brace deadeye?.

In theory i could meet you somewhere with all this stuff but i dont think you live Bristol any more but would you plan any Welsh bike trip this summer???

They've got insect repellant socks on offer at the moment....

Perfect for the front of the bike.......i looked to see if they had any general animal repellant for Nick but they must have sold out :b

Noggy!! Thanks for the great purchases, i've not had time to change any parts over yet.... I had to put up with the misses winging all weekend after bringing the engine and other bits home! I now know that I have to have written permission from her in order to make any purchases that are not related to 'the family'. Calling the Fazer my 'other baby' and trying to justify it this way did not go down well  :wall

Ill let you know when they are fitted!

Thanks again....

This time next year ill have a nipper so i best make the most of it.....as others have said its also why i should keep the thou otherwise i could end up bikeless forever whilst my funds are sapped on endless baby stuff.

Someone has bought the carbs now im afraid mate...stuff is flying out.

The noggy shop elves have been busy today getting in new stock.....although mostly spoken for.

A good chance to use bulk buy degreaser that i had to buy about 2 years ago.......noggyshop does not feel that it is appropriate for customers to be endlessly cleaning their products......didnt do too badly.....a quick scoosh and wipe with wd40 completes the prep.

Look at those forks......gleaming!!!

& for deadeye here's a pic of the tank.....not pretty but fully functional.

& confirming that emjay is having the swingarm, carbs, fender extender, plastic covers.

Andybezy dibbed the centre stand previously.....you still interested andy.....it'll be needing a paint?

CRH will be having the forks.

Looks like deadeye will have the battery....maybe the tank, maybe the handlebar brace.

Mark is having the complete wheels, tyres, discs package.

Noggy, finally got around to fitting the engine bits (not the engine yet!), unfortunately still have the same issue, im thinking it may be a jetting issue in the carbs caused by the stainless system I had fitted when I first got the bike. Now to learn about re-jetting!!!
