what did you do with your fazer today ?
It is a good route for a quick blast , I was lucky up the Gorge , just the 1 Mercedes which I got past at the bottom then I had the gorge to myself , a left turn at the top of the gorge on the right hand bend then past the rifle range, although road up Dundry hill is shocking at the moment , not so much potholes as crevices

Finally put the petrol station jetwash to the test. What a waste of time that was, although I now know Acf50 has superglue properties when it comes to road dirt  :rolleyes

Just got to make up some mirror blanks for the fairing, and it's done. I'll have a quick spin out in a bit to see how it is.

I dunno about those mirrors stevie.

The lord knows that my sense if style and taste is pretty lacking......but i've fiddled about with mirrors too & it was tricky without seeing them on......personally i think handlebar but not bar end mirrors would look nicest.

I could sell you some nice xt660 mirrors at end of season. :b

But i do like the chopped down & simplified fairing.

I, on the other hand, really like it! Reminds me of an old F1 car mirrors.

The mirrors were remnants off my old R1 streetfighter and I'm a bit on the fence with them. I Erm, bodged them into the end of the bars (you don't want to know).
Currently experimenting with some other round ones I've found buried in my big box of bits.

Looks good, the mirrors do look a little... dated... retro for me but as Christo says they do remind me of the old F1 mirrors which is cool. I just love the move over on your windshield. haha!  :rollin

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

Went a small spin on noggyfighter...she rides mighty fine i must say.

Popped to the garage to ask likelihood of an mot pass....seems likely...no guarantees.

Booked her in for an early mot next tuesday for some peace of mind and find out what the summer holds for me.

Was just gonna have a blast up the hills when i seen a young bloke broke down on his custom chopped 125, a mini outlaw type...bike was well ratty and his front wheel bearing had just disintegrated.....this was 4pm & he had a spare wheel at home and his mate could pick it up for him and fix it but not til tonight.....basically he was focced and pennyless & stumped about getting the wheel as his mate couldnt go all the way to his home with the bike (if his bike was owt to go from then i dread to imagine the state of his mates trailer :rolleyes ).

So anyway being the good foccer i am & thinking about if i was stuck on the side of the road i took him home to get his wheel........an hour of driving through some seriously out in the sticks countryside & he was reunited with his bike but armed with a new wheel and just waiting on his mate.

All part of being a biker...no matter what bike you ride. 8)
